Vaccination constitutes a medical procedure the preventive aspect of which does not in itself modify the applicable liability rules. Nevertheless, the imposed nature of some of them led the State to consider a specific regime of compensation for persons developing complications. In order to allow a better immunization coverage of the population, the list of people who can carry out this vaccination has been extended and the conditions relaxed.
