Introduction.

There is no longer any doubt about the harmful effects of smoking on health and the environment. Countries the world over are required to make non-smoking a public health priority. The aim of this study was to examine how Articles 8, 12, and 13 of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control are implemented in Benin.
