Video sequence 2 When she closes her mouth, 0.5 to 1 Hz myoclonic movements are present in her left lower face muscles, pulling the upper corner of the mouth laterally, and upwards. Facial muscles innervated by Zygomatic and Buccal branch of the facial nerve (Zygomaticus Major/Minor, Risorius, and Orbicularis Oris) are involved.
