(1) Does IPS provoke other focal seizures other than occipital seizures?
(2) Is asystole related to seizure?
Answers
(1) Most focal seizures caused by IPS are occipital, while there are few reports describing photosensitive focal seizures arising from the temporal lobe.
(2) Seizure-induced ictal asystole usually presents as syncope. Ictal asystole is a serious complication of epileptic seizures.
