Vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) is an inflammatory disease affecting the ano-genital areas. Immunological alterations and chronic inflammatory mechanisms seem to be crucial aetiopathogenetic factors [1-4].The ultra-potent corticosteroid clobetasol propionate (CP) represents the recommended first-line treatment for VLS [5-7].
