Lichen sclerosus (LS) is a chronic non-neoplastic, non-infectious, inflammatory dermatosis that can affect the anogenital skin of men or women. This chronic, often scarring disease can cause dyspareunia. LS evolution may cause fusion of the labia minora in women, leading to clitoral phimosis and narrowing of the introitus.
