A 39-year-old Japanese female was treated with topical corticosteroids for erythema on her face by a local doctor. Because the eruption did not improve and arthragia developed, she was referred to our hospital in 2018. She presented with well-circumscribed erythemas on her face and scaly erythemas on her upper arms (figure 1A). Cervical lymphadenopathy, fever, oral ulcer, and alopecia were not observed.
