In this issue, Liu et al. [1] describe a patient who developed some Blaschko-linear inflammatory lesions on the right side of her body at 14 years of age. Subsequently, they became atrophic. About 6 years later she developed characteristic non-segmental features of dermatomyositis, categorized as “hypomyopathic” because no muscle weakness was noted.
