Photosensitive mycosis fungoides (PMF) is a rare variant of MF that was first reported by Ive. Ten cases of PMF have been reported in three studies [1-3]. This report describes a Japanese patient with PMF who was successfully treated with psoralen plus ultraviolet A (PUVA) therapy.A 66-year-old Japanese female presented with a two-year history of erythematous plaques on her trunk.
