A 62-year-old Japanese woman was referred to our hospital for multiple small easily-bleeding telangiectasias of the fingers (figure 1A). Bleeding was observed particularly from telangiectasias with crusts (figure 1B). She had experienced epistaxis frequently. Her father, son, and, daughter had similar skin lesions.
