A 48-year-old male was hospitalized in our hematological department for treatment of Hodgkin's disease. Further examination revealed systemic sarcoidosis (lung and ocular sarcoidosis) by the findings of bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy by chest X-ray and computed tomography and elevated serum angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) levels (30.2 U/L, normal range: 7-25).
