Nivolumab is a new promising treatment for non-small cell lung carcinoma, metastatic melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer, classic Hodgkin lymphoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. It has immune-mediated side effects including immune-mediated rash: Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis.
