A 32-year-old woman, otherwise healthy, presented with a six-year history of multiple pruritic pink and brownish papules, nodules, and tumours on the chest, breasts, and upper back (figure 1A, B). A skin biopsy was performed and histopathological examination showed a non-encapsulated dermal tumour consisting of fusiform cell bundles (figure 1C).
