A 10-year-old girl presented to our dermatology clinic with a three-month history of a disseminated mucocutaneous eruption. She had a history of inflammatory bowel disease, Clostridium difficile colitis, and lithiasic cholecystitis. The patient had developed painful ulceration on the oral mucosa three months before the skin lesions appeared.
