A 15-year-old Chinese boy presented with a nine-month history of a lump on the right arm. About nine months earlier, he had received a hepatitis B vaccination at the same location as the lesion. After the vaccination, obvious cutaneous inflammation occurred and a red nodule developed in the same region.
