We report a rare case of secondary perforating dermatosis (PD) developing in an infant suffering from primary hyperoxaluria (PH) type 1 and discuss the pathogenetic correlation of the two entities. An 11-month-old male infant was referred to our Clinic from a Pediatric Department, for evaluation of a papular, pruritic eruption, located on his right upper arm, near the wrist.
