Case 1: A 76 year-old man with a background of vascular dementia presented with widespread, large, tense, blisters over his torso and limbs. A small number of oral mucosal ulcers were present.Case 2: A 77 year-old woman received treatment with intravenous vancomycin for hospital-acquired pneumonia and severe sepsis.
