A 94-year-old Japanese man with diabetes mellitus and right hemiplegia after cerebral infarction presented with skin ulcers on the outside of his right leg in 2015. Four months later, new lesions appeared on the inside of his right leg. Although he was treated with cefazorin and cephepim under the diagnosis of cellulitis, no remarkable improvement was obtained.
