Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS)/drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic syndrome (DRESS) is a severe systemic drug reaction known to be associated with lymphadenopathy. However, the pathological findings of lymphadenopathy in DIHS/DRESS are less defined.
