Neutrophilic figurate erythema (NFE) is a very rare inflammatory dermatosis, characterised by annular or polycyclic indurate lesions, and histologically by a perivascular and interstitial inflammatory cell infiltrate with numerous neutrophils and nuclear debris [1, 2].
