Ipilimumab is an antibody against cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen 4 (CTLA-4), used to treat metastatic melanoma. It induces immune-related side effects due to the immune-modifying mode of action. We present a case of neutrophilic disease with multi-organ involvement presenting as pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) and colitis developing after ipilimumab therapy.A 56-year old woman was diagnosed with malignant melanoma of the rectum in 2007.
