Warty dyskeratoma (WD) is a rare cutaneous proliferative lesion first described in 1957 [1], also reported as “isolated dyskeratosis follicularis” [2]. It manifests clinically as a single, warty/keratotic, occasionally umbilicated, papule or nodule, and usually presents on the head/neck region of middle-aged adults [3,4].
