Human adjuvant disease (HAD) is a syndrome initially described by Miyoshi et al. [1]. The term encompasses a constellation of non-specific rheumatologic signs and symptoms which develop following exposure to foreign materials such as injection substances for cosmetic purposes (silicone, mineral oil, guayaco…), vaccines, environmental gases and infectious agents.
