Kikuchi's disease, also called “histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis”, is a rare disorder that is characterized by lymphadenopathy, fever, and neutropenia [1, 2]. Histopathologically, the lymphadenopathy shows a focal proliferation of histiocytic cells and abundant nuclear debris [3].
