Connective tissue nevi are hamartomas consisting of one or several components of dermal connective tissue, including collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan [1]. Isolated collagenoma (IC) is a rare type of connective tissue nevi that is categorized as an acquired collagenoma. IC presents as a hamartomatous overgrowth of otherwise normal collagen [1].
