Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is an uncommon cutaneous sarcoma, which typically arises in early to middle adult life, and cases in patients aged 18 or younger are relatively rare [1]. DFSP with fibrosarcomatous change (FS-DFSP), a variant of DFSP, is seen in 10-20% of all DFSP cases and is associated with worse prognosis than DFSP alone.
