The biologics anti-tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α, anti-interleukin (IL)-12, and IL-23 are indicated for severe-to-moderate plaque psoriasis in patients who fail to respond, or have contraindication, to systemic treatments or phototherapy. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a contraindication for many treatments. There are limited data about the use of biologics in CKD.
