A 41-year-old Caucasian woman consulted for a vulvar lesion that had been slowly growing for the past 2 years. Physical examination disclosed a hard, 3 cm-long dermal nodule on the upper part of the left labium majus (figure 1). The lesion was slightly itchy and clinically reminiscent of a cyst or a keloid.
