A 72-year-old male patient was referred to our dermatology clinic with a 12-month history of a localised rash on the right side of his scrotum skin, which was intermittently sore. He was otherwise fit and well. He had seen a number of dermatology doctors during his follow-up over the previous year in a different hospital.
