Cutaneous apocrine carcinoma (CAC) is a rare malignant skin tumour, originating from apocrine glands. Most cases develop from apocrine-dense regions, mainly the axilla, but sometimes the scalp and anogenital area [1]. CAC is sometimes confused with metastatic breast cancer.
