To formulate a proper diagnosis using dermatoscopy, it is very important to interpret the relevance of pattern analysis, lesion morphology, colours, symmetry and other dermatoscopic features. “White shiny structure” is a dermatoscopic pattern that comprises variable morphologies under polarized dermatoscopy, including white patches, rosettes and white lines [1].
