A 58-year-old man with a 13-year history of chronic plaque psoriasis was admitted due to a new onset of itchy, erythematous, and bullous lesions. He had a history of type 2 diabetes and thyroidectomy, treated with metformin and levothyroxine, respectively. He had a family history of type 2 diabetes and pancreatic cancer.
