We read with interest Petruzzelli's review concerning acral gangrene [1]. Indeed, bleomycin-induced digital gangrene is a rare but severe effect of the treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS)-related Kaposi sarcoma (KS) [2, 3]. We report herein a new case.
