Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a rare lymphoid and vascular lesion showing angiomatoid papules and nodules localized mostly on the head and neck area [1]. Histologically, ALHE is characterized by the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells protruding into the lumen and massive infiltration of eosinophils and lymphocytes, occasionally forming lymphoid follicles [2].
