A 23-year old woman presented with an epidermoid cyst measuring one centimeter, localized on the left cheek at the intersection of a vertical line drawn through the lateral canthus and a horizontal line running through the nasal base. Direct excision and primary closure with non-resorbable prolene 6-0 was performed under local anesthesia.
