Acral lentiginosis refers to an outbreak of multiple lentigines confined to acral sites, e.g. hands and feet. It is known to be associated with immunodeficiency conditions, such as acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) or immunosuppressive treatments [1-3].
