An eight-year-old girl was referred to our hospital with sclerotic lesions on the right lower leg and abdomen. She had no previous or familial medical history. Erythema was noted on the right crus two years before. There was no pain or pruritus. Erythema gradually extended to her right thigh, hip, and flank, and the lesions became sclerotic.
