Pellagra is caused by a deficiency of niacin and/or vitamin B6, and its precursor, tryptophan [1, 2]. Isoniazid may cause pellagra, but reports are extremely limited [3, 4]. Furthermore, the details of amino acid, vitamin and niacin deficiency have not been fully explored to date. Here, we present a case of isoniazid-induced pellagra with aggravation due to secondary anorexia.
