A 43-year-old man presented with a one-month history of red papules involving his hands. Physical examination showed red papules on the volar side of the metacarpal and interphalangeal joints (figure 1A) and on the palm (figure 1B). Laboratory investigations (including ANA) were negative. The lesions were treated with oral hydroxychloroquine (200 mg/d) and betamethasone cream.
