Summary : The management of the hospital pharmacological practice is rarely computerized. The development of a software (Histodoz®) allowing to follow the historic of the therapeutic drug monitoring records was realized using a Microsoft Access version 2.0 data base under Windows 95, exploited on a pentium PC microcomputer. The level of quality agrees with the requirements of the nomenclature of medical biology acts, the good execution of medical biology analysis guidelines and the national computer and liberties commission. The tracability is set for the patient, the origin and the time of the prescription, the therapeutic schedule, the laboratory performance and the tariffing. Some fields are reserved for teaching observations. The analysis of the activity is available for the laboratory, the clinical and the administrative department. The software is adaptable to the local configurations. |
