Summary : For the last couple of years, since the appearance of a combinaison of antiretrovirals, HIV protease inhibitors have been an integral part of medicinal treatments of HIV infection. An evaluation of pharmaceutical dispensations of protease inhibitors, since their commercialization, has shown a spectacular progression of their level of consumption. This affluence of protease inhibitors goes hand in hand with the growing development of tritherapy. While the superiority of a molecule on the others, in terms of effectiveness, has yet to be proven, we can observe a marked difference in the consumption of various protease inhibitors.

Keywords : dispensation, antiretrovirals, HIV protease inhibitors.
