Summary : The opioid-induced constipation in palliative care is an important worry for the patient, nurses and physicians. The usual laxative's treatments can be powerless to relieve a patient. The help of specific antagonist of morphine (naloxone) might to improve the situation considerably. Through a clinical observation and review of literature, this paper deals with the way of using naloxone per os. |
