Summary : Cosmetic industry has since many years (1976) taken the party to frame on the legislative level the launch of cosmetic products on the market. This regulation takes into account the finished product as well as the ingredients or mixtures of raw materials, which composes it. This article proposes to review the essential points which relate to the use of the raw materials in cosmetic and their specific lawful aspects.
