Cystic pancreatic tumors: which one have we to follow-up?

Summary : Cystic pancreatic tumors warrant careful follow-up procedures. Serous cystadenoma diameter might slowly increase. The natural history of non resected mucinous cystadenoma is unknown. In case of a non surgical decision, they need a close follow-up. Intraductal tumors might be followed up depending on their maximal size. Post operative follow-up might depend on the type and grade of the resected lesion.
