Summary : School phobia in teenage years is a compound subject of psychopathology, which cannot be simply summed up as anxiety of separation. Sometimes, the patient’s life is secluded and cut off from the other world. This wilful imprisonment is reflected within the autistic spectrum. Autistic enclave is projecting onto closed home. The enclave ability to cancel any process of thinking is marking off, and therapeutics come up against this problem. Temporality freezes up and change becomes insufferable. The interference with care treatment is considerable.

Keywords : school phobia, adolescence, autistic enclave, self-withdrawal
