Summary : FNAPSY regroups 8,000 members, from all types of pathologies taken together. It is made up of associations managed by its end-users, which although contributes legitimacy and pertinence, complicates its functioning due to the fragility of its members. Taking into consideration the specificity of psychiatry, representation of end-users by themselves is essential, as third parties may induce biases and conflicts of interest. |
