Tinea capitis due to Microsporum gypseum

Summary :
We described the case of a two-year-old boy diagnosed with tinea capitis due to Microsporum gypseum. Small wounds or cuts can be susceptible to fungal infections. M.gypseum is a rare source of human dermatophyte infections.
