A 69-year-old Korean woman who had resided in Japan for the past decade presented with a one-year history of hypoesthesia and subsequent dysesthesia on distal extremities. Pruritic, coalescing erythema with neuralgia developed on the back and extremities two weeks before her visit, with no systemic symptoms.Her face, back, arms, and fingers showed indurated erythema (figure 1A-C) with some leg involvement.
