The Japanese Society for Psoriasis Research (JSPR) conducted a survey of juvenile-onset psoriatic arthritis (PsA) by sending out questionnaires to 130 dermatological centres, as previously described [1]; 83 centres responded (63.8%). Twenty-seven PsA patients with juvenile onset (<18 years old) were followed at 14 of the institutes. Patients consisted of 14 males and 13 females (M:F = 1.1:1).
