A 56-year-old Chinese man presented with inflammatory, erythematous, papular and scaly skin lesions (figure 1A-C). He had complained of pruritus over his body for a period of two years. The erythema initially occurred on both arms and thighs. No atopy history or family history of similar clinical lesions were noted.
